Family Kingdom theme park map now available

Announcement: Work is now underway on a new interactive map. It is a simulation game allowing from 1 to 4 players and is inspired by an old text based computer game from the '70s.

Family Kingdom is a theme park map in which every ride is functional and rideable, including a carousel, ferris wheel, hang gliders, monorail, pirate ride, river cruise, and much much more.

Rides and attractions in this map include: Monorail; FK & MW Railroad; Golden Carousel; Sky Barge; Haunted Mine Ride; Kiddie Cart Ride; Spin-A-Mob Ride; Infinity Coaster; MultiPixel Theater; Cube Labyrinth; Splash Down; Pirates of Medieval Times; Alpine Mountain Ride; Hotel Fall; Mine Maze; Swaying Bridge; Discovery Fort; It's a Teeny Weeny World; Wheely Wheel; River Boat Adventure; Cart Drop; Swing Cart; Water Fall Slide; Beach Arcade; Submarine Adventure; Flying Carpet; Slime Jump; Time for Launch; Ski Slope; House of Illusions; World Adventure; Chromatic Maze; Hang Gliders; Zip Line; and the Amazing Playground with Science Lab; plus much more.

Restaurants with custom map food include: Pirate Cove Restaurant; Oasis Cafe; Oasis Pizza Place; Fruit Snack Shack; Sushi River Bar; Restaurant at the Top; Cliffside Cafe; and more.

Other features in the map include: ticket booth with hand stamps; balloon stand with real floating balloons; dancing water fountains; rock climbing; hot air balloons and flying saucers; wave machine; working arcade machines with tickets for prizes; mermaid rock; medieval town with dragons, serpent, guards, and a castle; fireworks nightly; 128 year clock; working hot tub; hotel with 24 rooms you can check into; real-to-life working elevator; gift shop with purchasable gifts; working snack machines; light parade; and again, much much more.

Note that this park has a money system, which requires you to purchase tickets (hand stamps) to enter the park, a keycard to stay at the hotel, and food which you need to eat periodically. You will be given money every night to ensure you can continue to enjoy the map.

Finally, this map has a residence which is the home of the owner of the park, and an abandoned park, both which you may explore if you wish.

Please set your Minecraft version to 1.8.9. Many rides will not operate in versions before 1.8, and simply loading the map into 1.9 will corrupt the map.
