A-Download Distant Suns 5.1.5 application for OS X 10.5 or 10.6, and support files. If you have OS X 10.3.9 or 10.4 you also need the 5.1.5 application for OS X 10.3.9 or 1.4 below. 6 MBAfter installation, the demo/shareware version requires 16 MB. Note that this demo expires after 450 minutes of running time, and may be used for only 15 minutes at a time. But you may register the program for free from the File/Registration menu, eliminating all time limits and providing full functionality. The optional media download allows you to access hundreds of megabytes of pictures, movies, celestial information, and 24-bit rendered planets. You may also download the users manual. The users manual requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.

What to download...
If you have already downloaded and installed 5.1.4, just download B and replace the Distant Suns X application in your Distant Suns folder with this application file.
If you already have 5.1.4 but it won't run because you have OS X 10.3.9 or 10.4, download C and replace the Distant Suns X application in your Distant Suns foler with this application file. Note:You can tell the 10.5/10.6 version from the 10.3.9/10.4 version by clicking on the application icon and selecting Gat Info from the Finder's File menu. The 10.5/10.6 version is 5.1.5, the 10.3.9/10.4 version is 5.1.5p.
If you do not yet have Distant Suns X, download A. If you have OS X 10.3.9 or 10.4, also download C, and replace the Distant Suns X application in your Distant Suns folder with the application from the C download.
If you want the multimedia files from the original Distant Suns 5.0 CD, download D and add the folders from this download to you Distant Suns folder.
